S,KL Walia has over 35 years experience as a Teacher, Trainer, Manager in the Education Industry specializing in Teaching English as a Second Language, Soft Skills Training, and Motivational Workshops and has conducted numerous other training and workshops. She is now a Certified Trainer with Human Resources Development Council, under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia and a Professional Public Speaker under the Malaysian Association for Public Speaking. Prior to that, she served with the United Nations in the Peacekeeping and Electoral Missions for 10 years has had an accumulative of more than 25 years of teaching, training and managerial experience in Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea as well as Cambodia. Her forte likes in Skills of Communications, Presentation and Inter-Personal. Walia holds a Masters Degree in Education from Atmajaya Catholic University, Indonesia and is currently doing her Doctorate studies in Alternative Medicine from AMRI - Canada. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Semantic, Hypnosis and Timelines from the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, USA and Certified Practitioner of NLP by National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming, USA.

A radio announcer for 90.4 Cosmopolitan FM, Santi currently hosts 'Breakfast Club' morning show that runs on weekdays. Santi's many appearances include doing press conferences, product launches and social events with the whole stretch of topics and themes including financial talk shows, healthy living seminars, female forum, book launches, celebrity weddings and birthdays.

Currently holds position as the Chairman, Committee for Natural & Economic Resources House of Regional Representatives;  the Chairman, Special Comittee on Climate Change Regional House of Representatives; a Member of Indonesia Ocean Council; a Senator, House of Regional Representatives; and a Board Member in Micro Financing, Education, Social Affairs and Environment in a number of NGO's. His experience and contribution to the government and international community have been extensive and largely-known through his many past positions including Minister of Administrative Reform, Minister of Environment, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, and Indonesia's representative in many UN Convention and Conferences.

Shoeb has been in the media industry for more than 20 years, starting his journalistic career with the Singapore Business Times. He had reported on various regional and international issues and formed deep insights into the forces that have shaped Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia over the past two decades. In 2006, he left the Business Times to launch Globe Asia, Indonesia's first English language business magazine. Apart from his role as editor in chief of Globe Asia, he also sits on the editorial board of the newly launched Jakarta Globe, the country's newest english language morning daily. Shoeb earned his BA from Indiana University in the US, majoring in Journalism and Political Science with a minor in Economics.
