Randel is the President and CEO of Randelpow Enterprises focused on Global Technology Business Value Analytics.  Prior to his current practice he was a Business Value Analysis Consultant / Technology Software Engineering Manager for IBM Corporation based in the USA which also included travel to more than 25 countries world-wide as a Technical Evangelist.  Prior to that, he was Senior Management Consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions for Ernst & Young, LLP San Francisco. His extensive career includes SAP Management and Project Management Consultant for IBM Corporation, Strategic Business Development Director for Nimbus Software Services and Worldwide Software Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Autodesk, Inc. He holds Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute. Randel earned his BSc in Business Management – Information Systems from University of Phoenix and pursued an MBA in Technology Management from San Jose State University.

Randy is currently the Country CEO of AXA Indonesia who has brought AXA Indonesia entities: AXA Mandiri Financial Services, AXA Life Indonesia, AXA Financial Indonesia and AXA Asset Management Indonesia to be recognised companies in life insurance and fund management industry in Indonesia. Prior to joining AXA Indonesia, Randy was the CEO of MLC Life Indonesia, a joint venture life insurance company. The company was acquired by AXA in June 2006, and in January 2007, AXA appointed Randy as the Country CEO of AXA Indonesia. He is the first and only local CEO of joint venture life companies in Indonesia. Having over 16 years of extensive experience in the life insurance and wealth management, Randy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration, all earned in USA.

Rene is a Partner with Amrop Hever Indonesia, a global executive search firm. A business professional qualified by 14 years of experience in executive search & management consulting, setting up ventures, forensic analysis, asset monitoring & surveillance, he has entered into management consulting to apply market intelligence and problem-solving skills to a range of companies and industries. Prior to that, he has worked for Lippo Bank, Cimad Pacific Consulting, BPPN and The Amrop Hever Indonesia and has conducted over 80 search assignments. Rene is the host of "Career Coach" Radio Program in 87.6 HardRockFM since 2006. Rene has a Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance from STIE Perbanas and Bachelor of Economics majoring in Industrial Organization and Public Policy Analysis from University of Indonesia. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner from Her Majesty's Serious Crime Unit London, Licensed Practitioner of Thomas International Behavioral Assessment, Harisson Assessment and a Certified Professional Business Coach - Coaching Asia.

Ridy's specialties are Assurance and Business Advisory Services. Equipped with CPA, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers with his last position as Financial Reporting Consultant. He lectured accounting, taxation and auditing classes at University of Indonesia and Bina Nusantara, and occasionally facilitated classes at Indonesian Institute of Accountants and Lembaga Manajemen University of Indonesia. Ridy was highly involved in establishment of PSAK and co-authored books on Indonesian/US/International Accounting Standards. Ridy got his BSc. in Economics from University of Indonesia and obtained his MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.

Starting his career as a research analyst at Centre for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS), Rizal moved on taking the position of Executive Director for Freedom Institute, a think-tank institution similar to CSIS since 2001. He was the speech writer for Indonesian's former President Megawati Soekarnoputri, and when the current government of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono took place, he was appointed as Special Staff for the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs then Coordinating Minister for the People’s Welfare. Among Rizal’s challenging tasks as Special Staff, he led the process of peace talk in Poso and combated starvation in Yahukimo, Irian Jaya. His success stories in international negotiation include the talk of Cepu Block and Global Climate Change Conference in Bali. Rizal also marks his career in media as Special Editor for Metro TV as well as hosting a program in Metro TV called ‘Save Our Nation'. Rizal earned his Bachelor degree in Communication from Social and Political Science Faculty at Gajah Mada University, and earned Masters and Doctoral degrees in Policial Science from Ohio State University.
