As the Project Manager for AIG Life Corporate University, Norman is in charge for setting up its learning path correlation, organization, governance system and e-learning program as well as managing all training curriculum. Prior to the role, Norman held the Department Head of Worksite Marketing Division, Regional Manager for Retail Assurance, Post Assurance and Financial Assurance Division, all for AIG Life. Norman is also the Founder and Learning & Development Director of Intersight Macross, a company focusing on human resources solution. Having deep passion in giving training and coaching, over the past 7 years, Norman has been delivering various training programs and modules done for many firms of different industries. His core areas of expertise include Sales Management, Leadership, and Manpower & Development. Norman earned his Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Mercu Buana University.
