Schroder Investment Management Indonesia. Preceeding that role, Lilis was the Head of Sales for Global Securities Services at Deutsche Bank AG Jakarta, and had a number of positions at Lippo Group. She writes for Femina Group (Pesona, Cita Cinta and Seventeen magazines), maintains Uang & Belanja column at Femina magazine, and does counselling as well as contributing articles at PortalReksadana. She is often engaged as a Speaker for many talkshows focusing on investment, wealth management and sales & marketing. Her book on Women, Money & Investment is in completion and to be published by Elex Media (Kompas-Gramedia Group) in 2009. Graduated with BSc. in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University, USA.

Sylvi focuses her work in fine arts by creating paintings, poetry and high fashion silk painting.  Equipped with her two education background – Bachelor degree in Economics (Marketing Management) and Fine Art Diploma – and coupled with her 10 years experience in public relations, corporate communications and marketing, Sylvi exclusively dedicates her time as a Fine Art Artist, Speaker and Consultant. Among her many other ideas, Sylvi also conducts Workshops on: Building Corporate Image through Art for Luxury Brands, Strategic Alliances through Art & Business for Luxury Brands, How to Expand Luxury Brands with Minimized Cost, and Expanding Business in Global Crisis through Innovation of Art. Sylvi was the only Indonesian participant who attended ‘Supreme Luxury Business Conference’ in Moscow in 2007.
