Schroder Investment Management Indonesia. Preceeding that role, Lilis was the Head of Sales for Global Securities Services at Deutsche Bank AG Jakarta, and had a number of positions at Lippo Group. She writes for Femina Group (Pesona, Cita Cinta and Seventeen magazines), maintains Uang & Belanja column at Femina magazine, and does counselling as well as contributing articles at PortalReksadana. She is often engaged as a Speaker for many talkshows focusing on investment, wealth management and sales & marketing. Her book on Women, Money & Investment is in completion and to be published by Elex Media (Kompas-Gramedia Group) in 2009. Graduated with BSc. in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University, USA.

With her first debute in 1972 as a Co-Founder of femina magazine, Widarti has since marked extensive contribution to the country’s media development. Among her many current responsibilities including Senior Vice President of Femina Group; Publisher of femina magazine; Founder and Publisher of Cita Cinta and Pesona magazines; and Chief Editor of Reader’s Digest Indonesia and Cleo Indonesia, Widarti actively speaks for various media forum and conferences. She graduated from Faculty of Letters, Indonesian Literature Department of University of Indonesia, attended LPPM Management Courses, and completed Folio and Stanford Courses in USA.

Sylvi focuses her work in fine arts by creating paintings, poetry and high fashion silk painting.  Equipped with her two education background – Bachelor degree in Economics (Marketing Management) and Fine Art Diploma – and coupled with her 10 years experience in public relations, corporate communications and marketing, Sylvi exclusively dedicates her time as a Fine Art Artist, Speaker and Consultant. She is often engaged as a Marketing Advisor to introduce ‘Corporate Image through Art’ and an Art Speaker for many talkshows focusing on luxury market. Among her many other ideas, Sylvi also conducts Workshops on: Building Corporate Image through Art for Luxury Brands, Strategic Alliances through Art & Business for Luxury Brands, How to Expand Luxury Brands with Minimized Cost, and Expanding Business in Global Crisis through Innovation of Art. Sylvi was the only Indonesian participant who attended ‘Supreme Luxury Business Conference’ in Moscow in 2007.

A former practictioner in financial industry for more than 19 years, Ivonne’s specialties are sales and service in consumer banking and life insurance businesses. Ivonne currently dedicates her time to teaching courses focusing in banking and service quality modules. Her list of professional success includes her many roles in institutions such as Bank Danamon, Astra CMG Life, Bank Universal and Citibank. Ivonne has an MBA degree in Marketing from Golden Gate University and Bachelor degree in Public Relations from Padjadjaran University.

A Partner of SEI, Lin Che Wei is also the founder of Independent Research & Advisory Indonesia. He has a wide experience as a CEO of multinational company, state-owned enterprise and non-profit organization as he was previously the CEO of SG Securities, Danareksa and Sampoerna Foundation. His public service experience includes being a Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister of Economic and an Expert Staff to the State Minister of State Owned Enterprises. He is a weekly columnist at The Jakarta Post, while his past articles can be found in various newspapers and magazines. His speaking engagements have been extensive among multinational companies, local companies, and government agencies.
