He has over 2,800 books and audio courses and was personally coached and mentored by Kurt Peter Gottwald through Master NLP Professional Program. Stephen received certifications of Zig Ziglar Strategies for Success, Sales System, Essential Presentation Skills and Assuring Customer Loyalty.

Preceeding BR2C, Victor started his first few years with the Netherlands Economic Institute handling several Social Development projects before he moved on to ERA Indonesia, then Red Rocket Animation. Victor then became Senior Facilitator of FranklinCovey Indonesia before finally took the responsibility as the Principal of Learning SBU of AndrewTani & Co. His areas of expertise include business process management, business setting facilitation services, executive coaching services, as well as development and delivery of various training modules. Victor earned his Bachelor degree in Economics, majoring in General Management from Satya Wacana Christian University, Indonesia.
