Betti is a businesswoman who has over 20 years experience in Information Technology . In 2008, she founded Quantum Business International, a company that focuses on the creative industry such as Architecture Designer and Developer, Online News and Digital Content Provider. She started her career at IBM in 1984 as a management trainee and since then held several key positions in Indonesia and in ASEAN Region which eventually lead her to be the CEO for IBM Indonesia from the year 2000-2008. She was the first woman in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region to hold the company's Country General Manager position. Her other activities include Chairman, Association of Open Source Indonesia, Vice Chairman, National Research Council, Member, Board of Trustees Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). She is a visiting lecturer at the School of Business and Management, ITB and  an active professional speaker specializing in leadership topics suchas  Corporate Entrepreneurship, Talent Management, Woman Advancement, Innovation and other Motivational Topics. Betti earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the Bandung Institute of Technology and has attended various leadership training and  workshop in USA, Japan and Australia during her tenure in IBM.

Randel is the President and CEO of Randelpow Enterprises focused on Global Technology Business Value Analytics.  Prior to his current practice he was a Business Value Analysis Consultant / Technology Software Engineering Manager for IBM Corporation based in the USA which also included travel to more than 25 countries world-wide as a Technical Evangelist.  Prior to that, he was Senior Management Consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions for Ernst & Young, LLP San Francisco. His extensive career includes SAP Management and Project Management Consultant for IBM Corporation, Strategic Business Development Director for Nimbus Software Services and Worldwide Software Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Autodesk, Inc. He holds Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute. Randel earned his BSc in Business Management – Information Systems from University of Phoenix and pursued an MBA in Technology Management from San Jose State University.

Suwandi is a well-known Online Profits Strategist, specialise in marketing strategies through cyber space. He has trained and motivated thousands from different industry backgrounds to leverage the power of online marketing for their business. He has published 2 best seller physical books for online business reference and more than a dozen of viral electronic books. He is now also notable as Facebook Profit Coach, as a pioneer of Facebook Marketing training in Indonesia. Prior to follow his coaching passion, he worked as a professional for a multinational company in semiconductor and healthcare industries as Regional Marketing Manager for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and India. Suwandi earned his Bachelor of Electronic Engineer from Trisakti University.
