Paulus was with Asian Development Bank headquarter in Manila, Philippines as a Consultant for Risk Management Unit where he was involved in the development and implementation of ADB internal credit rating system for private sector transactions. Preceeding to that post, Paulus was a Senior Project Analyst for Mergers & Acquisitions at San Miguel Corporation (Philippines), was the Vice President Corporate Finance of PT Holdiko Perkasa (Indonesia), and had analyst and corporate finance positions in several firms in the Philippines and Indonesia. Paulus got his CFA in 2000, Master in Management from Asian Institute of Management (Philippines), and Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Bandung Institute of Technology.

Randy is currently the Country CEO of AXA Indonesia who has brought AXA Indonesia entities: AXA Mandiri Financial Services, AXA Life Indonesia, AXA Financial Indonesia and AXA Asset Management Indonesia to be recognised companies in life insurance and fund management industry in Indonesia. Prior to joining AXA Indonesia, Randy was the CEO of MLC Life Indonesia, a joint venture life insurance company. The company was acquired by AXA in June 2006, and in January 2007, AXA appointed Randy as the Country CEO of AXA Indonesia. He is the first and only local CEO of joint venture life companies in Indonesia. Having over 16 years of extensive experience in the life insurance and wealth management, Randy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration, all earned in USA.

Ridy's specialties are Assurance and Business Advisory Services. Equipped with CPA, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers with his last position as Financial Reporting Consultant. He lectured accounting, taxation and auditing classes at University of Indonesia and Bina Nusantara, and occasionally facilitated classes at Indonesian Institute of Accountants and Lembaga Manajemen University of Indonesia. Ridy was highly involved in establishment of PSAK and co-authored books on Indonesian/US/International Accounting Standards. Ridy got his BSc. in Economics from University of Indonesia and obtained his MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.
