Prior to joining AXA Indonesia, Randy was the CEO of MLC Life Indonesia, a joint venture life insurance company. The company was acquired by AXA in June 2006, and in January 2007, AXA appointed Randy as the Country CEO of AXA Indonesia. He is the first and only local CEO of joint venture life companies in Indonesia. Having over 16 years of extensive experience in the life insurance and wealth management, Randy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration, all earned in USA.
