Haikal Hassan is the Managing Director in Speaker Exchange Indonesia. He is expert in Sales, Distribution and Marketing industry with more than 20 years of experience. He also as a practitioner consultant and was a Founder and Managing Director at Anugrah Consulting, who has succeed to build team achievement to reach their sales target in more than 40 companies. He start his career from HRD Staff of PT. Garuda Indonesia and held a few high positions in several industries such as aviation at Senawangi Sempati, insurance, advertising & publishing, newspaper and lastly as a Sales Director at PT. JW Bright Formula International, a fast moving consumer product. He trains and coach sales people by implementing his famous method which is Accelerate Sales Productivity by doing Arrangement Selling System.

Haikal Hasan has studied at King Abdulaziz University before earned a bachelor degree at Budi Luhur University, majoring in Information Technology. After graduated he worked as a civil servant at the Ministry of Public Works, before continuing his study at University Western Australia-Perth, Western Australia received an MBA in Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is pursuing his Doctoral degree in Communication at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (IKIP).
